This notice explains how Anvyl handles the information you give us when you join the pre-launch waitlist. We keep it minimal and we don't sell your data.
Anvyl is operated by Anvyl.Fit ("we", "us"), an independent developer in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@anvyl.fit. We are the data controller for the information described here.
That's all — no name, no payment details, no tracking profile.
We use your email to send you occasional launch updates about Anvyl and to give you your founding-member early access. The goal and price answers help us build the right product. Our legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and PECR), which you give by ticking the box and which you can withdraw at any time.
We don't sell or rent your data. We use a small number of trusted processors purely to run the waitlist on our behalf:
We keep your details until Anvyl launches and you've had the chance to take up your founding access, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe we remove you from the mailing list promptly.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent (unsubscribe) at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link, or just email us. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
