These terms are an agreement between you and Anvyl.Fit ("Anvyl", "we", "us"), an independent developer in the United Kingdom, and govern your use of the Anvyl app and website. By creating an account or using Anvyl, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Anvyl.
You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you're under 18, please use Anvyl with a parent or guardian's involvement. You agree to give accurate information (your targets are calculated from it) and to keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Anvyl calculates calorie and macro targets, lets you log food and workouts, tracks a streak and achievements, and — on the Pro plan — generates training and meal plans with an AI coach. Numbers that need to be right (calories, macros, plan checks) are computed by our own code; the AI provides wording and suggestions and can occasionally be wrong or incomplete, so use your judgement.
Please don't misuse Anvyl: no reverse-engineering, scraping, automated bulk requests, reselling, attempts to break our security or rate limits, or using the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your profile, logs and generated plans are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to process them to run the service (see the Privacy Policy). The app, its design, the exercise library and the Anvyl name and branding are ours and are protected by intellectual-property law.
We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we aim to keep Anvyl available but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these terms; if changes are material we'll update this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
You can stop using Anvyl and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
Anvyl is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its guidance, including health outcomes — you're responsible for training and eating within your own limits. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer (including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
